Policy 204.08

Quorum

It is the responsibility of each board member to attend board meetings. In all meetings of the board, a majority of the members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. An affirmative vote of a majority of the votes cast shall be sufficient to pass a motion or take action unless law or board policy specifically requires a vote of a greater number. The adjournment of a meeting may be executed without a quorum.
