Certified and Classified

Elkhorn Public Schools uses an online application process for all certified and classified (non-teaching) positions. Open positions are updated on a regular basis and job seekers should apply online. Advantages of an online application system include:

Substitute Teachers

Elkhorn Public Schools continually accepts applications for substitute teachers. Interested candidates should complete the online application. Substitute teachers must possess a valid Nebraska teaching certification and have the following skills: knowledge of classroom instruction and supervision, ability to work with others, flexibility in job assignments, and be dependable and punctual.

Substitute Teacher Rate of Pay: $160.00 per day; $170.00 per day for long-term substitute positions (11th consecutive day in the same position)
