FAQ

WHAT IF THE CLASS I WOULD LIKE TO REGISTER FOR IS FULL?

You can add your student to the waiting list. In the event that a spot opens an email will be sent (containing a unique registration link) to the first person on the waitlist. If that person does not register in one hour an email will be sent to the second person on the waitlist. This process will repeat until someone fills the empty spot. If nobody on the waitlist fills the spot the event will become available for anyone to register (through the registration end date).

WHERE WILL SUMMER ENRICHMENT BE LOCATED?

Classes will be held at Elkhorn Middle School and Westridge Elementary School. Your registration confirmation will identify the exact location. Elkhorn Middle School Address: 3200 N 207th Plaza Elkhorn, NE 68022; Westridge Elementary School Address: 3100 North 206th St, Elkhorn NE 68022 MAP

WHEN IS REGISTRATION?

You may begin registering for classes February 10th 2020 at 6pm. Registration is online.

WHO CAN ATTEND ELKHORN SUMMER ENRICHMENT?

The Summer Enrichment is ONLY open to students attending schools in the Elkhorn Public School district.

I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY REGISTRATION, HOW DO I DO IT?

To cancel your registration find your confirmation email and click on the view booking link. Click on ticket options and then cancel ticket.

CAN I SWITCH COURSES?

Yes, cancel the course you would like to drop flowing the directions above. Then, sign up for (or join the waiting list) in the class you would like to attend.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

After canceling a registration you will receive a refund within one week. Refunds will not be offered 2 weeks before courses begin.

WHEN ARE PAYMENTS DUE?

Payments are due online at checkout.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

You may pay with a credit card or a PayPal account.

HOW MUCH DO SUMMER ENRICHMENT CLASSES COST?

Summer Enrichment fees vary depending on the course selection. Please refer to the summer course guide for pricing.

CAN I REGISTER FOR MORE THAN ONE CLASS?

Yes, as long as the classes do not have conflicting times, you are welcome to register for multiple classes. When you add classes they will be placed in the shopping cart so you can check out after you’ve added all your classes.

DO I QUALIFY FOR TUITION ASSISTANCE?

A tuition waiver is available to students who qualify for the Federal Free or Reduced Price School Meals Program during the regular school year. Please contact us to determine eligibility.

WHAT ARE THE DROP OFF AND PICK UP TIMES?

Students may be dropped off 15 minutes before the start time of the first class and students should be picked up no later than 10 minutes after the conclusion of the class. Students are not allowed to be on campus unsupervised.

IS TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED?

No, parents are responsible for transportation.

IS LUNCH PROVIDED?

Lunch is not provided. If you have registered for the Red Cross Babysitting course students must bring their own lunch for both days of the course.
