The Elkhorn Public Schools Preschool Program is dedicated to cultivating a community of families and teachers working together to provide a safe, positive, and developmentally appropriate environment for our youngest learners.  Our preschool population is made up of children with an identified disability (in accordance with NDE Rule 51), children who are at-risk in their learning, and children who are typically developing.  Children interested in attending the EPS Preschool Program must already be receiving special education services or must be identified through our screening process as a child at risk for learning or a child developing typically for their age.

Prospective students must live within the Elkhorn Public Schools district boundaries and must be three (3) years of age prior to February 14, 2022. If your child will be five (5) years old prior to July 31, 2022, he or she is not eligible to apply for the Elkhorn Public Schools preschool program.  Please complete this form if you are interested in having your child screened as a potential EPS Preschool Program student.  Additional information about the program can be found here.
