Certificated Employee Individual Contracts

The board will enter into a written contract with certificated employees employed on a regular basis. Each contract will be for a period of one year with a start and stop date stated therein.

It shall be the responsibility of the superintendent to complete the contracts for certificated employees and present these to the board for approval. The contracts, after being signed by the board president and/or board secretary, and the employee, shall be returned to the superintendent. The contract shall be kept on file in the administration offices.
