Employee Conflict of Interest

Employees have access to information, facilities and a captive audience that could award an employee with personal or financial gain. Employees’ use of their position with the school district for personal financial gain shall be considered a conflict of interest with their position as employees and may subject employees to disciplinary action. No employee may use his/her position with the school district for personal or financial gain to the employee without the specific and prior approval of the superintendent.
