Policy 205.05
Policy Suspension
Any board policy or regulation shall be suspended and declared null and void if it conflicts with the local, state, or federal laws or court decisions. It shall be within the discretion or authority of the board to suspend a policy if the board determines that an emergency exists. Reasons for suspension of a board policy shall be documented in the board minutes.
