Loan of Textbooks to Private School Students
The Board will purchase and lend textbooks to students attending private schools only to the extent that funds are provided for the purchase of such textbooks by the Nebraska Department of Education as required by state law. The Superintendent or the Superintendent’s designee shall develop regulations and procedures for the lending of such textbooks to the parent or legal guardian of children attending private schools in accordance with the Nebraska statutes and the rules and regulations set forth by the State Department of Education
