Responsibilities of the Board
Members of the Board, individually and collectively, recognize and welcome their responsibilities for listening to comments and suggestions from the residents of the District.
Board members individually will refer complaints, suggestions and constructive criticism about operational matters directly to the appropriate administrator and inform the Superintendent for appropriate consideration and action. Comments affecting policy will be placed on a Board Policy Committee meeting agenda prior to consideration by the Board as a whole.
Unless so authorized by the Board, no Board member individually shall speak for, or in the name of, the total Board.
