Mount Rushmore is the sculpture of 4 Presidents: George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln.
It is located in South Dakota's Black Hills and is the world's greatest mountain carving. The faces are 60 feet high and 500 feet up!!
Sculptor Gutzon Borglum began drilling into the 5,725 foot mountain in 1927.
Mount Rushmore took 14 years to carve and cost $1 million dollars!
