TASK (What you will do)
Your class will be divided up into reporting teams. Each team will travel back in time to report on the important things that happened in Elkhorn “then” and how it is “now”.
You will be traveling back in time to collect as many facts, pictures, and data as possible so that your news report will be very interesting.
Your team will find out all it can about your assignment by doing research in the library and by searching the internet. Be creative!
Each team member will keep notes of the important facts that you’ve learned. When you have gathered a large amount of information about your assignment, your team will work together to organize what you learned into a “news” story that you will write and broadcast a television news show.
