In an effort to create life-long learners, the staff at Westridge Elementary School working closely with parents and community strives to realize each child's fullest potential in the areas of personal, social, intellectual, emotional, and physical development.

 

From the Principal

I am happy to welcome you and your family to Westridge Elementary School. We have approximately 320 students. Our school is situated in the heart of Elkhorn, Nebraska. The Elkhorn Public Schools have a strong tradition of excellence in education. We are proud to be one of six elementary schools in our growing school district. Our teaching staff is composed of dedicated individuals with a wide variety of experiences and backgrounds. Working together, our teachers, teacher assistants, and building staff teach students to become more aware of, involved in, and prepared for the world around them.

Creating a learning environment and community is essential. Westridge Elementary offers unique programs to facilitate our journey towards excellence. Parents and members of our community are our partners in the important job of providing the best education for our students. Westridge is a caring and growing community.
