The mission of the Skyline School Community is to create lifelong learners in a safe environment that promotes respect, responsibility, academic growth, and social development.
From the Principal
Welcome to Skyline Elementary School where students have a game plan for success and are growing into the leaders of the future. We are a suburban elementary school with 370 students within each of our classrooms from Kindergarten to 5th grade. Our students are supported by their families and are very involved in their educational progress. We provide a safe learning environment with a positive climate where everyone is encouraged to work together and succeed. Our staff, students, parents, and community members work together to create a collaborative team enhancing the learning opportunities for every Skyline student.
Skyline provides students at each of the six grade levels a strong core academic program that builds an educational foundation with the addition of support programs in the following areas: High Ability Learner Education (HALE), computer/technology classes, reading resource, Special Education, speech/language, media, art, music, physical education, guidance, and Spanish. The national academic achievement scores of Skyline students are well above the national average.
The staff and students at Skyline Elementary welcome you to visit our school. We believe that Skyline is a place where everyone feels at home and is a part of the Skyline family. We have a dedicated staff that provides our students with an excellent educational experience through an enthusiasm for the learning process.
