0Breakfast is served every day from 7:35 to 7:55 a.m. at the elementary schools and 7:40 to 8 a.m. at the secondary schools; and supervision is provided for students eating breakfast.
Research shows students who eat breakfast performed better in school than those who do not eat a morning meal. The EPS breakfast program was designed to meet the needs of students who may not have the time or the means to eat breakfast at home.
Student breakfasts cost $1.25, those who receive free or reduced lunch prices also qualify for free or reduced breakfast prices.
