Speech and Language Program

The Speech and Language Therapy Program seeks to remediate the student's speech and language disability so that the student falls within the limits accepted as normal for persons of that particular age and ability. Speech and language therapy is provided for communication disorders in language, articulation, voice and fluency.

Students from home-based and preschool through grade twelve are eligible for services depending upon the nature and severity of the student's disability.

Speech therapists are assigned to al buildings, as needed. The severity of each student's disability and educational needs determines the amount and type of services provided.
