Contracting for Services
Every contract for services to be provided to Elkhorn Public Schools shall require that the contractor use a federal immigration verification system, such as E-Verify, to determine the work eligibility status of new employees physically performing services within the State of Nebraska. Such requirement shall be deemed to be included and a part of the terms of every contract for services with the School District, including but not limited to oral contracts.
