Student Activities Funds
All activity funds of each school, including those of clubs, classes, and organizations into which any monies have been deposited in the name of the school, shall be accounted for by a system of receipts and disbursement authorizations. The principal is responsible for all such funds and accounts.
A system of accounting shall be prescribed by the Superintendent who shall provide for a system of internal audits for each school’s account.
A report showing receipts and expenditures shall be submitted annually to the Board through the Superintendent or designate.
All monies remaining in the senior class fund following graduation, shall remain with the school.
