Policy 502.05
Admission and Grade Placement
All children who are residents of the District and are of legal school age shall be eligible for admission. The District reserves the right to determine the grade level and/or courses for each student that best fulfill the needs of the student and the academic requirements of the District.
The admission of students shall be strictly in accordance with the provisions of the state law and the rules set forth hereinafter.
