Enrollment Option Program
The Board, in compliance with Nebraska Statutes to provide students the option of attending schools of their choice, establishes an Enrollment Option Program. The program, to be administered under the superintendent’s direction, will fulfill and comply with all applicable legislation and shall meet the standards established by the Nebraska Department of Education.
The Board shall adopt by resolution the standards for acceptance or rejection of students to attend the district pursuant to this Enrollment Option Policy and regulations annually. The Board shall act to accept or reject each Enrollment Option Application received in accordance with State statutes and rules.
