Nonresident and Homeless Students
Students whose parents are divorced may attend school in a district in which either natural parent resides. Other non-domiciliary students may attend the district only if admitted through the enrollment option program (Policy 502.03) or the temporary non-resident student tuition procedure (Policy 502.04).
The district may allow students who cease to be domiciliary students during the school year to continue attending the district for the remainder of the semester without payment of tuition.
The Superintendent or designee will draft rules and procedures regarding homeless students.
