Employee Grievances

Grievances shall be brought directly to the immediate supervisor, principal or superintendent and shall be made in a constructive and professional manner. If the grievance deals with one’s supervisor, the grievance shall be submitted to the supervisor’s superior.  Grievances shall never be made in the presence of other employees, students or outside persons.

The Board shall establish a grievance procedure that shall be applicable to all employees and in accordance with state law.
