Board Annual Goal Setting and Self-Evaluation

The Board will attempt to conduct an annual self-evaluation.  Co-extensive with the Board’s self-evaluation, the Board will attempt to establish annual goals and objectives.  The Board believes that establishing annual goals and objectives will serve as benchmark and criteria for the annual self-evaluation.

The annual board self-evaluation process may include the following components:

  1. A written evaluation form to be completed by each board member at a scheduled time and place.
  2. A presentation and discussion of a composite of the individual board member’s opinions.
  3. An analysis of progress toward existing board goals and an examination of the need to set new board goals.
