Qualifications
The position of board member requires a willingness to put forth time and energy to accomplish the purposes and responsibilities of the school board.
Persons wanting to run for a position on the board must be a resident of the school district, an eligible elector of the district and free from a direct financial conflict of interest with the district.
By state law, no member of the Board may be employed as a teacher by the school district.
